Old 50m2 watchtower with two separate floors. The first floor is the main room where there is a spacious bathroom, a lounge area, with desk, sofa and fireplace, and a private terrace with entrance from the garden.
At the second floor there is a cute lounge area with a huge window that offers spectacular views to the Montgri Massif. This floor can be transformed into a second bedroom.
Capacity up to 4 people.
The room is suitable for disabled people since it is located at the Street level and it has a specially equipped toilet.
